At Plantsandtrees.pk, we strive to deliver healthy and fresh plants to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of plants, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the plant is damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by sending a picture of the plant to our customer support team.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Plants that are healthy and match the description cannot be returned.

  • Pots, accessories, and sale items are non-refundable.


Refund Conditions

  • If the issue is verified, you may choose between a replacement plant or a full refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
