Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if the plant is damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect upon delivery.

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by sending a picture of the plant to our customer support team.
Non-Returnable Items

Plants that are healthy and match the description cannot be returned.
